Stress causes physical changes within the body which are designed to help you take on challenges. You can't always prevent stress, however, there are a number of things that you can do to help manage stress.

Having good sleep habits can help to improve your mood and reduce depression. It is recommended that you need enough sleep to feel refreshed, and to help you stay awake throughout the day.

Quit Smoking

Did you know that smokers are almost twice as likely to have heart attack compared to those who don't smoke?

Those who have stopped have felt more relaxed, less self-conscious and have more energy in their day.
